Polygem is announcing the consolidation of its Chicago facility at 1105 Carolina Dr, West Chicago, IL, effective May 31, 2024. All Polygem materials will continue to be manufactured at Smooth-On's production facility in Macungie, PA.

Polygem Customer Service Manager, Tabitha Jordan and Sales Manager, Dave Turkes will continue to offer support and you should not hesitate to contact them.

If you have an order to pickup at the current Polygem location, you can do so until May 31. After May 31, you can pick up at our Polygem sister company, Reynolds Advanced Materials - Chicago, located at:

Orders shipped by common carrier will leave from either Reynolds Advanced Materials in Chicago, IL or our manufacturing facility in Macungie, PA. Orders that ship from Macungie, PA will incur no incremental freight charges for 6 months. You will pay the same freight as if you were ordering from Polygem in West Chicago.

Payment for outstanding invoices can be made payable to Polygem and sent to 2600 Lexington St, Broadview, IL 60155.
