Zoopoxy Epoxy Systems for Theming and Exhibit Sculpting
Epoxy systems that bring immersive environments to life - and are engineered to last.
307FR Lite II™ is a lightweight, two-component trowelable epoxy system that is E-84 Class A Flame-Rated and public space safe- It has an easy-to-mix, “paste-like” consistency that is commonly used for general fabrication, coating, sculpting, patching, filling, joining, and repair. It contains no VOCs and is solvent-free. 307FR Lite II cures to a hard, strong, durable material suitable for interior and exterior spaces and themed environments.
307 Lite™ Sculpting Epoxy is a lightweight, two-component trowelable epoxy system that is public space safe- It is formulated as an easy-to-mix, “paste-like” consistency that is commonly used for general fabrication, coating, sculpting, patching, filling, joining, and repair. It contains no VOCs and is solvent-free. 307 Lite cures to a hard, strong, durable material that is easy to sand or machine and is suitable for interior and exterior spaces and themed environments.
307FR Lite Flex II™ Sculpting Epoxy is a two-component, semi-rigid epoxy system that is E-84 Class A Flame-Rated and public space safe- It is available in BLACK or TAN and is formulated to be an easy-to-mix “putty-like” consistency that is commonly used to create display elements that are semi-rigid and extremely tough. 307FR Lite Flex II is also great for industrial bonding applications. It is solvent free and contains no VOCs.
307FR Lite Flex II cures to a strong and semi-flexible, material with excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Cured 307FR Lite Flex II withstands freeze/thaw cycles when used for exterior projects.
Use to make perfectly detailed tree branches, planks and other themed elements for zoos and amusement parks. Because finished elements are semi-rigid, reptiles and birds can comfortably grip them without affecting the material.
Also available in Black on a made by request basis.
307 Stone™ Sculpting Epoxy is a 100% solids epoxy system specially formulated to a workable “clay-like” consistency for sculpting and modeling projects. 307 Stone will cure to an extremely strong and durable plastic with a slightly textured stone-like surface that can be easily sanded or shaped. 307 Stone is easy to mix and apply by hand or with a trowel or spatula. It can be tinted, painted or even stained.
EZ-Karve™ Sculpting Epoxy is a 100% solids epoxy system designed with a unique clay-like consistency, making it ideal for sculpting and modeling applications. Once cured, it forms a lightweight, exceptionally strong and impact-resistant material that can be easily shaped, sanded or carved.
Armor-Coat™ Epoxy Hard Coat is a two component, easy to mix, 1A to 1B by volume medium viscosity epoxy and is specially formulated for use as a bonding agent. Armor-Coat provides superior adhesion to new or existing surfaces. It comes in clean, easy to use plastic pails.
Armor-Coat will bond to most concrete, wood, fiberglass and metal surfaces. Armor-Coat is resistant to moisture and most chemicals and solvents. Armor-Coat is also excellent for bonding and laminating or used as a filler/patching compound when mixed with our Polygem Thickening Agent.
1618 Clear™ Epoxy Coating is a low viscosity, easy to mix, two-component epoxy sealer and top coat with a 2A to 1B by volume mix ratio. It’s low viscosity formula allows for easy to spread thin-coat applications. 1618 Clear is resistant to most chemicals and solvents. It is non-blushing and works well even in cool or humid conditions. 1618 Clear has many uses and is the goto material within many industries.
Polygem Thickening Agent™ is a lightweight, inert filler designed to increase the viscosity of 307 series Epoxy systems. When blended into the mixed epoxy, it enhances workability by reducing sag and improving control during vertical or overhead applications. The additive also helps reduce surface tack, making the epoxy easier to shape and apply. Ideal for sculpting, bonding, and patching tasks that require precision and stability. Store in a dry environment and use at 73°F (23°C) for the best results.
