Armor-Coat™ Epoxy Hard Coat is a two component, easy to mix, 1A to 1B by volume medium viscosity epoxy and is specially formulated for use as a bonding agent. Armor-Coat provides superior adhesion to new or existing surfaces. It comes in clean, easy to use plastic pails.
Armor-Coat will bond to most concrete, wood, fiberglass and metal surfaces. Armor-Coat is resistant to moisture and most chemicals and solvents. Armor-Coat is also excellent for bonding and laminating or used as a filler/patching compound
when mixed with our Polygem Thickening Agent.

Description
Armor-Coat™ is a 100% solids epoxy designed with reinforcing and impact-resistant technologies, making it one of the strongest and most durable hard coats available from Polygem. Ideal for use
on EPS and other foam surfaces, Armor-Coat cures to form an extremely tough, sandable, and paintable "hard-shell" plastic. Its solvent-free formulation ensures it won’t melt, distort, or dissolve
foam during application.
Armor-Coat features a creamy, smooth consistency that can be applied by brush, roller, or even sprayed. It may also be used as a high-strength bonding or laminating adhesive. For vertical applications or added control during shaping, Polygem Thickening Agent can be added to Armor-Coat to reduce sag and enhance workability.
