Application Instructions:

1. Drill injection port holes 6” to 24” apart at a 45°angle to intersect the crack at 1/2 the crack depth.
2. Clean holes and install injection ports leaving injection tips off of ports.
3. Install injection tip on 1st port and Inject POLYFOAM-SLV until resin appears at next higher port.
4. Repeat step 3 on next higher port until entire crack has been fully injected with POLYFOAM-SLV (Consult Polygems Technical department for further detailed repair procedures)
